Mediana’s Social Responsibility
Management Policy.

Mediana is a company that puts human rights first and fulfills social responsibility in all business activities.
We implement a "human rights management that guarantees human dignity and value" and use it as a standard for judging behavior and values that executives and employees must comply with. We promise to do below.
  1. 1. Mediana supports and complies with international standards and norms such as the "UN Charter of Basic Human Rights, ISO 26000, SA 8000, and GRI Standard" on human rights, and complies with all domestic laws related to human rights protection.
  2. 2. Mediana supports fair treatment of partners, practices human rights management, and suspends transactions in the event of anti-human rights activities by partners.
  3. 3. Mediana does not discriminate in employment for reasons such as gender, disability, race, religion, nationality, region, social status, education, age, and political orientation, and provides a working environment of mutual respect and consideration.
  4. 4. Mediana provides a safe and hygienic working environment for executives and employees.
  5. 5. Mediana prohibits child labor and forced labor, including partners, recommends by the International Labor Organization (ILO) in relation to health/safety/working environment, and complies with all state-approved labor principles and labor-related domestic laws.
  6. 6. Mediana guarantees the freedom of association and collective bargaining of employees.
  7. 7. Mediana respects the human rights of all stakeholders, including local residents, suppliers, and related organizations.
  8. 8. Mediana strives to comply with domestic and international environmental laws and to protect the environment and prevent pollution.
  9. 9. Mediana strives to prevent human rights violations in advance and actively rescue them, and takes the lead in human rights management through continuous human rights improvement activities.
