Online Reporting is available not only to our executives and employees, but also to external stakeholders such as partners and customers. You can make a suggestion and report issue about human rights, ethics and the environment.
Reports and suggestions are confirmed and processed, the processing results are reported to the people who report and suggest. We protect the identify of the reporter/proposer and use what has been raised through online reporting as a valuable asset for our sustainable management.

REPORTING PROCESS
- 1. Please report and suggest to us by e-mail (mediana@mediana.co.kr)
- 2. The report/Suggestion should be reported in a complete manner satisfying the 5W(Who, When, Where, What, Why) and 1H(How)?
- 3. The report can be submitted under a real name or anonymously , information of the reporter’s identity and the report will be kept strictly confidential so that they are not disclosed against their will.
- 4. If contact information is not clear (e-mail or phone number), received reports might not be processed.
- 5. In principle, the protection of the reporter is dependent on the real name and accurate evidence submission
